**CANCELED** AMBER ALERT: Missing child from Nampa, ID

UPDATE 3:57pm
The suspect and victim were located in Cheney, Washington. The suspect is in custody and the child is safe.

Nampa Idaho Police are looking for a child who was last seen in Nampa, Idaho, and is believed to possibly be in danger.

Alissa Helmandollar was last seen at a Nampa hotel with her mother, Brooke A. Helmandollar, yesterday afternoon. It is believed that they left the area either last night or this morning and are possibly headed to the Portland, Oregon area.

It is believed Alissa may be in danger due to Brooke’s recent threatening behavior toward Alissa.

The child’s name is Alissa Helmandollar. She is a 10-year-old white female with brown hair and brown eye color. She is 4 ft. and 10 in. tall and weighs 80 lbs. It is unknown what clothing she may be wearing.

Brooke Helmandollar is a 41-year-old white female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5 ft. and 4 in. tall and weighs 125 lbs. It is unknown what clothes she may be wearing.

The suspect and victim may be in a silver 2018 Nissan Sentra with Idaho plates, 1A909DF. It is an Enterprise rental vehicle.

Anyone who has seen or otherwise has information about the location of either the victim or suspect are asked to call the Nampa Police Department at 208-465-2206 or 9-1-1 immediately.
