Commercial real estate professionals tour Ferndale vacancies

In a joint effort between the Ferndale Downtown Association, Ferndale Chamber of Commerce and the City of Ferndale, a tour was held today showing off spaces and buildings available for sale and lease in the Ferndale area.

About 10 bankers, real estate professionals and real estate investors toured downtown Ferndale locations where they were provided details about the spaces and exchanged ideas about possible uses.

The tour began and ended at the Pioneer Pavilion Community Center where printed materials about the properties featured on the tour and others were available.

Hopefully one of these empty spaces will be turned into a soup/salad/sandwich place! Healthy, light meal options are desperately needed and desired! 🙂

Avenue Bread would be amazing! Even a small version.

I just moved here and am really hoping this doesn’t become another commercial town. I hope you can keep it the cute small town it is.

You do realize that Ferndale gets it’s revenue from sales tax dollars from the local businesses right? Sooo if business doesn’t do well then the city has no money for streets, parks, street scape etc of which it is in desperate need.
