Ferndale business seeks families in need – 3 to receive free heat pump

Ferndale business Barron Heating & Air Conditioning is accepting recommendations for families in need in Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan and Snohomish counties that would benefit from a ductless heat pump installed at their home. From the recommendations received, 3 families will be chosen to receive a Daikin Ductless Heat Pump installed at their home.

The value of the heat pumps and furnaces with installation is estimated at more than $25,000 according to a news release from the company.

“We know there are good families in our communities who are facing difficult challenges,” said John Barron, owner of Barron Heating & Air Conditioning. “A ductless heat pump delivers energy efficient heating and cooling, providing year-round comfort to a family that otherwise may not have heat this winter.”

Recommendations can be made until August 31st at by clicking here or by visiting any Barron Heating & Air Conditioning location in Ferndale, located at 5100 Pacific Highway, or in Burlington and Marysville.

Barron Heating & Air Conditioning will also be adding $100 to a “furnace fund” for each Daikin comfort system purchased between now and August 31st, making it possible for another three families to receive a free furnace later this year.
