Updated: Ferndale Starbucks to shutdown during move to new location

Starting Tuesday, January 16th, the Ferndale Starbucks located inside Haggen Food & Pharmacy will be closed. For the next 3 days, while staff and equipment transition to the new store, Ferndale will be without its one and only Starbucks store.

The current Ferndale Starbucks store and team will be relocating to the new location in the Samuel’s Retail Center building at 1894 Main Street, according to Store Manager Meghan Denison. “We will be closed for 3 days while we transition to the new store. Customers will want to visit the next closest open locations during the closure dates.”

Denison says they plan to reopen at the new location Friday, January 19th. Update: 1/19/18 This date has been updated to Monday, January 22nd according to company officials.

Those wanting to be the first in line when the new location opens will have to get up early because the store’s hours begin at 4am (Monday-Friday) to accommodate refinery traffic and early morning commuters according to Denison. “The new store will feature a drive-through, Starbucks’ food assortment with breakfast and lunch options and Starbucks’ Nitro Cold Brew,” she added.
