An estimated 80 to 90% of all doctor visits are considered to be stress-related, yet there are many different ways to manage stress and reduce its harm. But stress management is not a one-size-fits-all remedy. What works for one person, may not work for another. This two-part introductory workshop was designed with versatility in mind! Through experiential learning (learning by doing), join us in trying out a variety of proven stress-relieving techniques that you may have heard of, but haven’t yet tested for yourself!
