Meetings each month except December.  Come learn more about your local history and have some fun too. All ages are welcome to join. Goals: To improve the cabins, maintain them and enhance the interiors. To improve displays, properly label antiques, old photographs and books. To create educational programs, workshops and working exhibits involving schools, tour groups and general tourism. To improve the park’s general appearance: grounds, benches, play areas, flowers and signage. To costume for tours and vintage fashion shows.…

Saturday will be historically themed, Sunday will be a fantasy theme. Both days will be unique and exciting! Come join us for a fun filled day at the first Ferndale Ren Faire!

Buy or sell at this exciting event! Homemade crafts and treats made by children. Everything $5 or less. Sellers: Kids ages 5-13 may sell homemade crafts and treats. To register, complete the online registration or contact the library. When registering online, in the "Number of people attending" field, only count the number of kids who will be selling crafts. The Picnic at Pioneer Park is a Whatcom County tradition and summer highlight for many. Celebrate with many events including parades, car show, live music and dancing and local food/craft vendors. In addition to being able tour the pioneer cedar slab cabins to experience a simpler time over 100 years ago.
