Governor Inslee has directed that Washington State and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff on Monday, November 14, 2016.

This is being done in memory of Washington State Senator, The Honorable Andy Hill, who passed away at age 54 on Monday, October 31, 2016, from lung cancer.

Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on Monday.
