The community is invited to a ground breaking ceremony for the proposed North Whatcom Health Center this Thursday, June 7th, beginning at 4:30pm at the project site located at 6044 Portal Way.
According to organizers, there will be refreshments from local merchants, New Mexico Tamale Company and Edaleen Dairy.
Local dignitaries will be on hand to speak during the shovel ceremony.
