PSE reports power has been restored to everyone except for 13 customers within the smaller outage area on Hatton Place. Equipment failure has been cited as the cause of the larger outage. Hatton Place neighbors can expect power to be restored by 7am according to PSE’s estimate at 5:25am.

The cause has not been officially announced but nearly 1000 neighbors are waking to no power this morning.
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) said two overlapping outages were reported about 4:45am and impact 988 of their customers between I-5 and Shannon Avenue and Main Street and Aldergrove Road (see map).
As of 5:10am, the estimate for when power will be restored is 8am.
