UPDATED: WCFD7 units respond to car fire at Portal Way Shell gas station

Whatcom County Fire District 7 fire and aid units responded to a report of a car fire at the Portal Way Shell gas station located at 6000 Portal Way this evening about 5:40pm.

Upon arriving they found a smoldering vehicle parked away from other vehicles, the gas pumps and convenience store but next to a vacant building.
